The PrismaCorp Foundation Condemns Ohio Senate’s Override of Governor’s Veto of HB 68, Affirming Commitment to Transgender Rights
COLUMBUS, OHIO – The PrismaCorp Foundation expresses deep disappointment over the Ohio Senate’s vote to override the Governor’s veto of HB 68, highlighting the disregard for voices opposing the bill. The organization reaffirms its commitment to advocating for transgender rights and announces resources for transgender people who need help.
The action of Ohio’s Senate members who voted to override the Governor’s veto of HB 68 is a clear indication of their disregard for the rights of transgender people. This harmful legislation will have real-world consequences for Ohioans, stripping access to life saving medical care away from transgender people. The PrismaCorp Foundation stands with the transgender community and will continue to fight for their rights.

2. TransOhio: A non-profit organization that advocates for the rights of transgender people in Ohio. They provide resources for healthcare, legal assistance, and support groups. 3. Equitas Health: A regional organization that provides healthcare and support services to LGBTQ+ people in Ohio. They offer medical care, mental health services, and support groups.
